Here we use the solid principles of our 3 month package with focus more dramatic weight loss.

It is designed to get the benefits of a quick weight loss strategy without the lack of sustainability and risk of disordered eating we see in quick weight loss diets.

This is for people who value solid principles and wish to change, but also want to include an accelerated and more intense program. Done correctly quick weight loss can be very motivating and empowering. We just need to make sure to see it as a temporary way of doing things and have you set up solidly and sustainably moving forward.

This diet is also a great way to get healthy and become more resilient in advance of the winter flu and cold season.

This has three parts after the 1st assessment week.

Part 1. 1st 4 weeks

We will set you up with a solid structure of habits, environment and personalised plan to carry you strong into the next phase.

Part 2. 2nd 4 weeks

In this stage we will go into a more focussed weight loss period. Here we will engage in effective, safe and manageable shorter term actions to get more dramatic results.

Part 3. Last 4 weeks

Here we will go back to focusing on core principles as per the 3 Month Transformation package. Strengthening habits, awareness and practices for maintaining what you have achieved in a healthy, enjoyable, empowered and most importantly, sustainable way.
