


Diet and Lifestyle Analysis (1 week)
We will take a week to fully evaluate your diet and lifestyle as it is now. At the end of this week I will give you a full evaluation of your current nutrition, where it is lacking and options for improving this.
Together we will look at the options that will suit you best in creating a dietary and lifestyle approach that will fit perfectly with you and your life, preferences, commitments and goals.
We will also discuss the various supplements, vitamins, herbs and minerals, which can help you to you optimal self.
As with all programs we focus on what you want to improve including but not limited to:
Weight
Energy
Sleep
Libido
Physical appearance
Mood
At the end of our 7 days we will have an hour in depth session to review everything. We will discuss the options the will best fit with you. After completion will be provided with a copy of all your recommendations in an easy to access format to guide you going forward.
This package is best suited to someone who feels confident they can progress once given the correct information with personalised recommendations on which you will receive after our time together.
You will of course have the option of further sessions or setting up a personal follow up plan that suits you.
